Eligibility

You are responsible for providing accurate information and maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
MyBkart may suspend an account where we reasonably detect fraud, abuse, repeated unauthorised transactions, misuse of promotional offers or violation of these Terms.
Product Information
We aim to provide accurate product titles, descriptions, images, specifications, colours, prices and availability.
Actual product colours or appearance may vary slightly depending on photography, display settings, manufacturing batches and other reasonable factors.
Where a material product-detail error is identified before dispatch, we may contact you before processing the order.
Pricing
All prices displayed on MyBkart are in Indian Rupees unless stated otherwise.
Taxes will be included or displayed as applicable.
Prices, discounts and promotional offers may change without prior notice. The price applicable to an order is normally the price confirmed when the order is successfully placed, subject to correction of genuine technical or pricing errors as permitted by applicable law.
Orders
Placing an order does not necessarily mean that the order has been finally accepted.
An order may be cancelled before dispatch where there is an inventory error, payment issue, incorrect pricing, suspected fraud, delivery-service limitation or another legitimate reason.
Where a prepaid order is cancelled by us, the eligible amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
Payments
We may support UPI, cards, net banking, wallets, Cash on Delivery and other payment methods displayed at checkout.
Payment services may be provided by third-party payment processors.
Shipping
Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days.
Standard delivery within India generally takes approximately 4–8 business days after dispatch, although some locations may take longer.

Returns and Refunds
Eligible products may be returned in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
Some products may be non-returnable for hygiene, safety, customisation or other legitimate reasons where clearly disclosed.

You may not reproduce, copy, redistribute or commercially exploit our website content without permission.
Prohibited Activities
You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malware, submit fraudulent orders, impersonate another individual, scrape website data without permission, interfere with website operations or use the website for unlawful activities.
Reviews and User Content
Customers may submit genuine reviews, comments and feedback.
Content containing abusive language, illegal material, spam, false information, personal information of others or misleading promotional material may be moderated or removed.
Limitation of Liability

Force Majeure

3. Return & Refund Policy

At MyBkart, we want customers to shop with confidence.
30-Day Return Window
Unless a different return period is stated on the relevant product page, an eligible return request should be raised within 30 days from the date of delivery.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a standard change-of-mind return, the product should generally be unused, unwashed, undamaged and returned with original packaging, tags, accessories, manuals, warranty cards and other items originally supplied.
Proof of purchase or your MyBkart order number may be required.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Product
If you receive a product that is damaged, materially defective, incorrect or missing essential components, contact us as soon as possible after delivery.
We may request clear photographs or an unboxing video where reasonably necessary to verify the issue.
After verification, we may provide replacement, return or refund depending on product availability and circumstances.
Non-Returnable Products
For hygiene, safety and product-integrity reasons, certain products may not be returnable once opened or used. These may include personal-care items, cosmetics, hygiene products, undergarments, consumable or perishable goods, customised products, digital products, gift cards and products specifically marked “Non-Returnable” or “Final Sale”.
This restriction does not remove rights available for products that are damaged, defective, incorrect or otherwise covered by applicable consumer law.
Return Shipping
Where the return results from a wrong, damaged or verified defective product supplied by us, eligible return shipping will normally be arranged or borne by MyBkart.
For eligible change-of-mind returns, return shipping charges may be borne by the customer or deducted from the refund where clearly communicated.
Quality Check
Returned products may undergo inspection after receipt.
Refund or replacement may be refused for products that have been used, damaged after delivery, altered, tampered with, or returned with missing major components where the issue is attributable to the customer.
Refund Method
Approved prepaid-order refunds will generally be sent to the original payment method.
For COD purchases, we may request bank-account or UPI details for processing the refund.
Refund Processing Time
Once an eligible refund is approved, MyBkart generally initiates it within approximately 5–7 business days.
Your bank, card issuer, UPI provider or payment gateway may require additional time to reflect the amount.
Exchange
Where exchange is available, it depends on replacement-stock availability.
If the requested replacement is unavailable, an eligible refund may be issued instead.
